Cotton Candy Cloud Butter Mini takes our whipped shea base and wraps it in spun-sugar sweetness: fluffy cotton candy up front, a soft vanilla-marshmallow heart, and a warm sugared musk underneath so it doesn't read as one-note candy. Scoop it, warm it between your palms, and it melts in like nothing's there.
